Description:  Responsible for scheduling all outpatient visits within Grady Health System. Process incoming calls, faxes and computer orders ensuring that all appointments are accurately scheduled in an efficient, customer-oriented manner. Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

Education / Requirements:  High School Diploma or GED required. Prior experience in appointment scheduling, patient access, billing, customer service or health care required. Typing minimum of 30 wpm, data entry, and customer service skills required.

Paid Research Study

Would you like to participate in an experiment on communication and earn $30?

We are seeking English Speakers with visual impairment for a study examining differences in communication styles of blind and sighted individuals. To participate in this study you must be at least 19 years old, English must be your native language, you must be blind from birth or lost your sight before age 5, you must have no existing cognitive or language disabilities.

KnfbReader Hints and Tricks discussion open to all

Everyone is invited next Thursday, March 4, to participate in a combined
on-line and telephone conference to discuss how we all use the KnfbReader
Mobile. A number of persons have wanted a forum to learn from other users
“How do you do that?”. In response to these many requests we are arranging
for everyone to be able to call in via phone or Skype in on line to
participate.
